As a management trainee at Broekman Logistics, you will get to know our various divisions over a two-year period, including Forwarding & Shipping, Warehousing & Distribution, Breakbulk Terminals and, of course, our Corporate division. You will be closely supervised and assigned a mentor, just to make sure the traineeship is right for you. We will assess your needs and tailor any workshops and training courses to those needs, so you can make the most of your and the organisation’s potential. A traineeship is the best way to fully experience our company and the various divisions within it.
Management Traineeship programme
The programme is divided into four modules and takes a total of approximately six months to complete. As part of each module, you will be assigned a current topic you will be expected to research, working closely with your fellow trainees and co-workers. This enables you to work on both your own growth and that of Broekman Logistics.
At the start of each project, your plan is presented to our management, and on completion you will present the results of your research. After two years, we will then set out to find a suitable position for you within the company. As a trainee, you will have the perfect background for a managerial role.
