Last November saw Broekman Logistics sign a long-term partnership for spare parts logistics services with Liebherr, one of the world's largest construction machine manufacturers.
Liebherr chose to partner with Broekman Logistics for its first new location in the Netherlands in support of a global expansion strategy. This strategy requires additional warehouse locations along with the associated strengthening and optimisation of its supply chain.
Broekman Logistics is offering a range of logistics and warehousing services to Liebherr's supply chain in Western Europe via our strategically located facilities in Born, Limburg (NL). The partnership includes customs clearance, warehousing, picking and packing for Liebherr spare parts. In the second phase, the partnership will be extended to the kitting of products and a range of sea & airfreight activities.
These operations have now officially started in practice with the first inbound orders. We will gradually increase the inbound volume at this location and the outbound processes are also due to begin very soon.
