Bart van Heeren joined Broekman Logistics in January 2020 and was appointed HR Manager in July 2026. In this role, he is responsible for driving alignment and collaboration across a wide range of HR topics, while keeping People & Culture at the heart of the organization. Throughout his career, Bart has held various HR-related positions, building broad experience across the field of Human Resources and organizational development. He holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and enjoys running and cycling in his spare time.
