News

Lignes Maritimes Congolaises, also known as the Congo National Shipping Line, has chartered the mv. Thorco Reef for their service, in close cooperation with chartering & brokering of Broekman Logistics

Direct lines from Antwerp to Central Africa

Lignes Maritimes Con will expand their presence in the West African market both southbound and northbound, and is not unlikely that in the  near future additional tonnage will be chartered in close cooperation with Broekman Logistics.

Lignes Maritimes Congolaises offers regular direct sailings with fast transit time from Antwerp to Boma and Matadi.  Other ports en route can be considered upon sufficient inducement. Mv “Thorco Reef“ will be open in Antwerp / Flushing in the end of October for containers, breakbulk, project cargo, RoRo and steel cargoes.

Expanding a long-term relation

The relationship between Broekman Shipping division in the Netherlands and Lignes Maritimes Congolaises have a long heritage; Broekman Shipping is already representing LMC as commercial agent since 1975 and yet this full commercial and general agency representation will be continued.
