Advanced Warehouse Training: Virtual Reality Integration

At Broekman Logistics, we are committed to enhancing workforce skills and safety awareness, paving the way for a safer and more efficient warehouse operations. Implemented last year, this training involves the introduction of virtual reality (VR) for employees at our Venlo warehouse, with a specific focus on handling ADR goods. Operators navigate scenarios while receiving immediate feedback to enhance their skills and safety awareness.

Under the guidance of Rachid Salhi, our Operations Excellence Manager, VR training has received accolades for its effectiveness and enjoyable nature. Annually, around 160 employees participate in these sessions, covering forklift and reach truck operations.
