Broekman Logistics Rises to 17th Place in the Top 100 Logistics Service Providers 2026

Strong progress driven by investments in people, innovation and smart warehousing

Broekman Logistics has climbed from 23rd to 17th place in the Top 100 Logistics Service Providers 2026. The annual ranking, compiled by Logistiek.nl and Buck Consultants International, assesses logistics service providers not only on scale, but also on themes such as innovation, sustainability, digitalisation and workforce development. The improved ranking highlights the impact of the strategic investments Broekman Logistics has made in recent years.

Recognition for innovation and talent development
In the 2026 edition, Broekman Logistics achieved strong scores in the categories Labour & Education and Smart Warehousing, two themes that are becoming increasingly important within the logistics sector.

The company continues to invest in employee development through initiatives such as the Broekman Knowledge Bootcamp, extensive training programmes and personal development pathways. Through its Looking Beyond strategy, Broekman Logistics fosters a culture that encourages collaboration, growth and continuous learning.

“Our people make the difference, especially as technology continues to play an increasingly important role in logistics,” says Rik Pek, CEO of Broekman Logistics. “By investing in knowledge and digital and data-driven tools, we are building an organisation that is ready for the future.”

Smart warehouses driving growth
Broekman Logistics leverages technology to make its operations more efficient, safer and more sustainable. Innovations such advanced order-picking systems and virtual reality training programmes support employees in their daily activities.

These innovations not only improve working conditions but also contribute to higher quality and greater predictability of logistics processes for customers.

Digitalisation as the foundation of reliable services
In addition to operational innovations, Broekman Logistics continues to invest in IT and cybersecurity. Regular security awareness training and collaboration with specialised partners help ensure a secure digital working environment. At the same time, data security and privacy remain top priorities across the organisation.

Continuing to invest in the future
“Our rise to 17th place confirms that we are on the right path and serves as recognition of the dedication and commitment shown by all our colleagues over the past year. The logistics sector continues to evolve rapidly. By continuing to invest in people, innovation and digitalisation, we strengthen our position as a trusted logistics partner for our customers while building sustainable growth for the future,” Pek concludes.
