Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the municipal council of Weert to our logistics facility in Weert. The visit was initiated by VVD council member Lilian van Grimbergen, following an presentation to the council by Ron Kuijpers, Vice President Business Development, and Collin Baird, General Manager of Broekman Logistics Weert.
During the visit, we shared insights about our role as the European assembly and distribution centre for our customer Kubota. The programme continued with a guided tour of our 62,000 square metre warehouse and 5,000 square metre technical workshop, led by Warehouse Manager Bart Kierkels.
The council members gained insight not only into our logistics operations but also into our broader social commitment to the Limburg region, including job creation and technical employment. We thank the municipal council of Weert for their interest and engaging visit.
