Having joined Broekman Logistics in 2018, Martien assumed the position of Strategic Program Manager in April 2023. In this position, he carries the responsibility to design, initiate and manage a variety of company-wide programs which contribute to the realization of the group’s strategic ambitions (e.g. global Cargowise One implementation, sustainability roadmap, new strategy definition, among others).

Prior to joining Broekman Logistics, Martien held multiple supply chain consulting positions at logistics service providers. As such, he has experience with working internationally.

Martien holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and, being married to a graphic designer, has a knack for visualization.
